These are general guides, not fixed quotes. Days mean hands-on working time, rather than calendar days from start to finish. Content, access, feedback, integrations and any app-store review can affect the schedule. Hosting, licences and other third-party costs are separate.
We’ll agree what’s included, what you’ll supply and how much time to allow before work starts. A large product catalogue, a more involved app or a video with lots of source footage may need a different allowance.
That’s sick. It took me hours to explain what I wanted to my other designer and you’ve just got it straight away. Legendary stuff.

Let’s put a number on it.
Tell me what you need and I’ll work through the details with you for an in-depth, no-obligation quote.
Already paying someone? Show me your current invoice and I’ll try to beat it. We’ll compare what’s actually included so you know what you’re getting.
An extension of your team.
Practical expertise that fits your business, with clear ownership and a straightforward way of working.
White-label welcome
I can work under your brand, support your team or agency, and join client calls as your technical person.
Your work belongs to you
The bespoke code, designs and content I create for your project belong to you. Third-party software and assets keep their own licence terms.
Clear communication
Once I understand your systems and priorities, I work independently and check in regularly to review progress and what needs attention next.
Practical details.
A few things to know before we start.
How flexible is the retainer?
Retainers have an initial three-month minimum. After that, the agreement is flexible and can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
Are there any other costs?
The rates cover my time. Hosting, paid software, premium plugin licences and other third-party services are separate. We’ll identify what is needed as we plan the work.
How much input will you need from me?
At the start, I’ll need access to your existing systems and your insight into the business. Once we’re underway, I work independently with regular check-ins to review progress and priorities.
Can I use the time across different services?
Yes. We can move between your website, software, SEO, automation and other digital systems according to what your business needs. We’ll agree the mix of work and cost up front.
